Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please contact us first before sending any item back.

To start a return, please contact us at info@dexluna.uk. Please do not send items back to the sender’s address on the package. The correct return instructions and return address will be provided after your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dexluna.uk with clear photos/videos of the item, packaging, and order label. We will review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, earrings, beauty or personal care items, gift cards, final sale items, or any item marked as non-returnable, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union / UK Cooling-off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, subject to applicable consumer laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
